Let's join a talent show.... or not

Why is everybody so desperate to show their talent?
Every single year the Dutch television comes with a new tv-show. Well, not really new, just a new season, and since we have 4 kinds of talentshows it means we can watch all these idiots do it over and over again: embarassing theirselves.
And why? just to become famous, to be somebody. But the big problem is: more than 75% of the people that joins the show aren't even talented! They're just big losers that seem to be deaf, blind and dumb for believing in theirselves.

Normally i should say: believe in yourself. But the thing is, when you have nothing to believe in, that doesn't mean you have to start believing in some "talent" that you don't have. Don't say 'I can sing, imma be the next popstar', because you won't be, if you can't sing. The fact that you think you can sing doesn't change a single thing about it.

But then again, some amazing people join the show too, which makes the whole concept a succes. I mean, everybody is just happy for them to leave their 9 to 5 job behind them and start performing and becoming a millionaire...
The non-talented people that join the show are probably just jealous, because they want to quit their jobs to, and become a millionaire.
Now i feel sorry for them.......
No i don't
I'm sure everybody has some kind of talent. Some are just more useful than others.
Because hey, who wants to hear a man whistle on his wife's nose?
Right, no one does.
So if that's your talent: IT SUCKS
go find a 9 to 5 job, and be poor. Just don't try to be talented.

Sorry for abondoning

I was just reading a magazine when i thought of this blog. My blog.
I realised i kind of abandoned it over the last few months, and i'm sorry for that, but i guess i just got fed up with the idea of writing for no one in particular.
So i started writing stories again, like i used to. And.... I really like doing that. Just to use your imagination and write whatever pops into your head. Write it down and make it interesting.
Back in the old days (okay, i just mean, when i was younger) i dreamed about writing a book, but i always got bored and lost interest after 20 pages. Now i found out that stories don't have to be long to be interesting. Short stories are sometimes even funnier, just because you don't have to concentrate that long.

All this stuff i've been saying now comes down to one thing:
I won't be updating this blog the way i did before. Not that often, and not that random. I might post my short stories here, or not.
We'll see. I just don't want to make a commitment and then don't do it.
But one thing is for sure,
